Fall is over and our first Tennessee winter begins....

Fall may be my favorite season. The colors of the leaves are so vivid. Red is by far the prettiest. Last night we had our first snow flurries. Here is hoping that we get a white Christmas, which I have never had. Maybe by Sunday I will finally have my tree up and it will feel festive. I am realizing now how much I missed the change of seasons. Tennessee is definitely the place for us.




Thanksgiving was quiet and nice. My friends Dani and Nikki came over. Followed by TJ from work. I am keeping my fingers crossed to actually have a family holiday next year since my brother will be stationed so close. This may be the one way to get my Dad to come at Christmas as well. One can hope....
