Robb ran another half marathon yesterday. He did very good to spite the humidity. I think it was the most humid day since we have been here. Although he did not beat his previous time he did finish and to me that is a major accomplishment. There were 2 of our friends running as well.
After the race we went to a bar on the Coast Guard base. It is called The Hideaway. Man was it nice to be back among people like us. The bars here are full of locals and when we walk in the door all eyes are on us. At this place it felt like being back home. Kind of cool to go to a bar that opens at 6 AM on a Sun just for the die hard football fans! For once I felt like the foreigner that wanted to say...I LOVE AMERICA...in my best accent! And much to Robb's sorrow he will not convert me to a Browns fan. Bad enough being a Bucs fan.....LOL
